What DepEd reports can the system generate? Eight types:

1. Circulation by Grade Level -- borrowing activity per grade per month
2. Collection Inventory -- books grouped by Dewey Decimal number
3. School Library Report (SLR) -- the annual DepEd-mandated report
4. Monthly Inventory -- monthly snapshot of acquisitions and status
5. Accession Book -- the complete list of all items in the collection
6. Book-to-Student Ratio -- items per enrolled student per campus
7. Reading Level Distribution -- collection by reading level
8. Spending Report -- budget and expenditure

Can I build custom reports? Yes. The Report Builder lets you choose a data source (circulation, items, fines, or patrons), select columns, add filters, and export to CSV. You can save reports for reuse. Custom reports are limited to 10,000 rows per export.

Can reports be scheduled? Yes. Saved reports can be scheduled to run automatically. Scheduled reports run every hour.
